SLW Testimony: “He has opened my eyes to things I have blocked out.”

“I wanted and needed the Lord to shed light on anything that needed to be healed that I did not know or recognize that I needed healing from and to also extend the healing on the parts that have been in the process of healing. Also, to reveal what and where He needs me to be. He has opened my eyes to things I have blocked out or was confused about especially the manipulation of sexual abuse that was done unto me by a family member who I was really close to because we were brought up together. It’s revealed the way I see myself with relationships, friendships and intimate relations with men. It has ignited a healing journey that I really want to continue until it is fully “healed”. It’s also given me comfort that I will have the opportunity to complete my family and offer a father figure for my son to look up to and confide in and experience love as well as myself and to fully feel that I’m not tainted.” -A SLW Participant
