We have a good marriage, but we knew that we were being held back from moving forward fully. We knew that there were things from the first 20+ years of our marriage (now 34 years) that were dragging us down, like trying to move through water with an open parachute behind us. Through LAM we learned about what was holding us back and began to apply straightforward tools to cut us free from the cords of the parachute.
